How to verify SE Linux Mode ?

I have a Note 3 (N900V) running the Alliance rom and from my understanding should be in permissive mode. I’am trying to mirror note 3 to Pioneer APP3 radio with chrome cast. I can get the screen to mirror but no touch screen function. I used same set up with rooted Samsung S4 with same concern until phone was switched to permissive mode, then touch screen function worked. Is there any way to verify phone is in permissive mode with this rom? Thank you for any help, first time posting. Alliance version build 2 10/30/14
